Great thought young girl and i am proud of you however, I wouldn't build so much on creating a safe environment for women but equiping them with the necessary skills to counter the forces in the global market. Those who will make it especially in the media they must develop a hard skin to face the media game. Remember the world has became a village in today's technology and one must know how to play the game not to be shielded. In my mind women must know how to swim in the deep waters. I might be wrong but take a look at the migration of the wild beast between Kenya and Tanzania. How many cares that one is taken by the crocodile or other predators? This to me is a picture of the world we are living in.
