Love the Video. I am on the tight side so I do it with props and take the "unlock your forward fold" routine before. Feels like walking on air afterwards. Thank you!🙏

I should have started this 30 years ago. I felt like a rigid board. I do physical conditioning everyday so I thought I would try something different. Great video.

Thank you so much for this amazing class. I really appreciate all the detailed information about the specific muscles being stretched. I would love to watch your class for uthita hasta padangusthasana peak pose (both for improving equilibrium, stability and hip opening).

Ive been doing yoga every day for the last 3 years, how have i only just come across your channel!
