I have a query, I have the catia v6, and it happens to me that when performing the skech afterwards I return to the 3d view but I do not get the solids tools, which does not allow me to convert the skech into a solid, you know what can be the problem?

You have a mistake. Your "100" dimention is equal to 98,97 mm with this method. In my opinion you should draw cylinder firstly.
