Catlink Scooper AI Luxury Pro (Catlink CL-06) automatic litter box - First Use & Try

The first try of Catlink automatic litter box just received & set up, with its fresh firmware (V02.04).
I did not add any background music so you can listen to the sounds it makes (imo its very silent).

Honestly, I would buy it again. Its such a life-changer... could not live without it anymore. There are a couple of things to take care about (like don't forget to set it back to automatic mode after you turn on the manual mode for cleaning lol), but its superb. Can only recommend

I have a problem my scooper not has working the weight sesing and I do not know what is the problem

Just bought this set up put the litter in and all it does is the clean/pause botton flashes what is the problem with it

Did you try to hold it for 3 seconds? I think its in pairing mode, first better to connect it to the Catlink application on your phone. But i think their customer support is also going to help (at least they were really responsive for me), you can try to reach out to them: [e-mail]

it dumps all clean litter to dirty tray, what happened?

there is a MAX litter line that the use did not fill to. when you over fill this is what happens. it dumps out the extra litter

@@emilyvoss4192 Exactly, I have loaded too much litter for first, make sure you are not exceeding the "max" line if possible. It was not a lot of clean litter wasted, though :)

Thanks.. what litter did you use? what happens if the cat still tries to get in while it's in cleaning mode?

I'm using this type of litter, working perfect with it: Biokat's Bianco Fresh (clumping, really small pieces, natural-ingredients based litter)

Oh, and in case its cleaning and the cats are trying to re-enter, it immediately stops, and continues after the cat has left (waiting for like 2 mins after the last movement detected).

have you tried using normal trash bags instead of their own?

Not yet, but probably going to work easily, it can fit and the machine is not checking what type of trash bags you are using.
