@@ellieryan6427 Im not saying Adora didnt like catra, its that catra is a toxic person. catra always hurt adora, even when they were friends catra scratched her and stuff. Also catra guilt tripped adora a bit. Alsoo she uses the "this is what you wanted" line (like shadow weaver) which is toxic. Then, adora simply forgave catra because she did good thing (free glimmer) . after that the creators never gave catra redemption all they did was "okay she's a good guy now" and called it a day, they wasted potential on her redemption which means they just ignored everything catra did before and just made her a good person. Catra also proceeds to say "I've always loved you!" Like yeah, sure you loved when you scratched her and jumped on her stomach when you were her friend. (Sorry if it's long and stuff)

@@not_mellwell i mean shadow weaver treated them like shit and her trauma is just an honest representation of a hurt and deeply insecure person. she never believed adora would love her back and plus it’s nice to see a character whos actually traumatized and shows it through her actions that she can change. everyone does crazy shit sometimes lol and catra just grew up to believe she didn’t deserve anything good so she never showed it but in her dream of a perfect world her and adora are together. she shows how hard it is to be good when she tries to run away and melog traps her. she’s just a deeply insecure person who needs some work but she’s tryin yk?
