It's still forgotten, as far as Dallas is concerned.

My parents have lived in the Kleberg neighborhood Far Southeast Dallas neighborhood since 1988.They have lived in two different areas in Kleberg but it's labeled a urban section of Dallas and it's crowded now with people everywhere mainly Hispanics and blacks and a little bit of white people. Its turning into the Pleasant Grove neighborhood bit by bit. There is crime, homeless, prostitution, drug infested, people hanging out in front of stores,it's crazy I can certainly hope that it don't turn into Pleasant Grove but the fact is that it's already having that Grove attitude.

You must haven't looked at the stats. Mexicans, whites, then blacks. Further, when it was mostly white, there were problems in the trailer parks, pedop#iles, meth heads, ski# heads etc. At least the blacks came in building up the neighborhood by building and buying homes vs 80 % of the whites being in dilapidated trailer park homes.
