To cut a bell pepper, you have to remove the stem if not so. Then cut it in half then remove the seed puch with your hands or a spoon then cut them in the little strips!

sesame oil is very fragrant, but it also evaporates during cooking like a mofo, which is why unless you are marinating with it (which you were), you add it at the end. im sure if you just followed the recipe and didnt change anything it would have been fine, not over sesameey.

8:25 - if you put too much fat in, and it tastes too fatty, add some acid, like lemon juice or balsamic vinegar, that'll even out the fat and make it taste great. just like when you get fish and chips they put vinegar on, or when you squeeze a lemon on something deep fried.

pork tenderloin is best smoked over a grill with garlic salt and cajun seasoning and i was thinking the dish you fixed would be best with some kind of noodle. i think angel hair pasta would have been perfect and might have offset the "salty" flavor a lot better too.
