Yeah, she had all these attempts to halt that finale performance but they kept working in their favor instead. And moments after, she ranted at them and said, "I'm the star, you stupid...stupid cat! I should have drowned you all when I flooded the stage!" And the whole theater heard that. Well, that proved publicly that she's a brat kid star who hates animals. 😏

When the film came out in 1997, Warner Bros. didn't support it at all (some have speculated that they killed it in order to keep it from undercutting the debut of their own animated film - "Quest for Camelot" - which was due for release in 1998). Most people who've seen it probably saw it on the Disney Channel years later.

You solved a mystery for me that I was looking into about 2 years ago, and gave up on hahaha. I had assumed it was a lot slower of a tempo than it actually was, which was my main issue. It lines up pretty perfectly with the "take four and twenty blackbirds" part, great find.

@@HamstersTacos I just recognized it as the part where Sawyer starts singing at the beginning. I had to transcribe it out in Musescore on my computer.

@@dogman15 It's so funny that you say that, because that's the exact same program that I used to do it 2 years ago too hahaha. I have the theatrical poster framed on my office wall and was looking at it one night and just started wondering, so I booted up Musescore and plugged it in. So glad I finally have an answer now though, appreciate the comment!
