I’ve seen cats on treadmills that just do it because they enjoy it... you should look up cat on treadmill. Maybe you can get your cat, if you have one, to like the treadmill by just turning it on and letting them explore it.

Cats get tired just as everyone else, the same as when you run, you would get tired and probably gasp if you are running fast. Gasping in cats is normal when they do run or it's hot. No one cat is gonna die for playing with a laser the same as any kid could for running with friends. Don't make a big drama please.

OneFastCat is utter crap, and their customer service is awful. I bought one in July and told them as soon as I got it that I had a problem with it (putting it together is not as easy as they make it look in their videos). After several emails back and forth, they sent random parts in an effort to appease me. The random parts did not help, and then they told me it was too late for a refund. And even if they HAD taken the wheel back, I would have had to pay the return shipping and they deduct $50 from the refund for their shipping. So I'd have been lucky to get $100 back.
