Whenever I fall down usually because of my low blood pressure my cat always runs right next to my head crying as loud as she can and makes sure I am up and not hurt. She wasn't trained it is just how she is.

You have that issue too, huh? Three times in the past two years I've either collapsed or nearly collapsed due to low blood pressure. They've checked me out to see if I have any heart or lung issues, they've run blood tests... nothing. Just the low blood pressure. Diagnosis was vasovagal syncope, usually brought on by stress or when I feel physically sick.

@@dustsans9859 It's not a constant thing, though. Like I usually have a normal blood pressure... on the lower end of normal, but still normal. It's when my body is under stress that it can drop suddenly. When that happens, everything goes dark and most times I fall. One time someone was there to sit me down before I fell, but the other two times I completely collapsed and it took a while for me to get the strength to get back up.

@@WeepingWillow422 I have almost the exact same issue but more triggers, my vision blurs rather than darkens, and my doctors have changed the diagnosis to Dysautonomia. I've gotten pretty close to passing out a few times but the only time I pretty much passed out for a few seconds was when my hyper dog jumped up and scratched my hand while I was at a pet store, it was superficial but still ended up being enough to trigger the issue. I also have a lot of the other symptoms that are on the wiki, but yea. With how confused doctors and specialists alike are about all my issues I'm kinda surprised to find a comment that's so relatable. XD
