Melissa, great idea about putting some flower tape to hold the bulbs together on the mount! Thank you so much as I have mounted several orchids and the bulbs have a tendency to “drop” off😍

Hi Melissa. Looks great on the mount. Just wondering how often you would water this one since she does have a bit of moss. I love Cattleyas but am still trying to figure them out 😉

For my mounted orchids I just touch them and if they feel any bit moist then I wait. If they’re crispy 😅 then I water. Lately it’s been like 100 degrees so I water daily sometimes twice a day. There has been no rain.

Try it Irene. I just learned by doing it and making many mistakes. You’ll get the hang of it.
