Yes they do I suffer from PTSD and BPD I involved social workers myself when I found out I was pregnant just to get that extra support and to make sure I could cope with the hormones changes and the big life change and that I would be safe enough to be a mother. They were involved for 6 month on my request before signing me off and been fit enough to be a good mam. I think everyone who has mental health problems should reach out for that extra bit of support just to be safe for the child.

When I was actually scared for my life, it took a police officer advising me to get a restraining order (after having to call them because I was being stalked) to get one. I was so nervous my ex would see me, I was trying to stay hidden from everyone. It would have been a dream if my ex had been in another country! On top of that, when I escaped, I didn’t want anything but my wallet. My safety was so much more important than a car, house, clothes, etc… I’ve had to rebuild my life from nothing but you know what? I was a victim of physical and emotional abuse for many years and kept it from many and put on a happy face for family -except for two friends who knew all he did to me. I finally had the courage to file for divorce and obtain a protection order against my ex as he threatened again to kill me. So I hire an attorney and document to him all the specific abuse incidents which were noted in the filing and I go to both my deceased parents to show them I am filing for divorce and the reasons why and my dad was very upset with my ex and so sorry for all I went through as I never disclosed to them the horror of him. However, my ex is an extreme manipulator and habitual liar who lies so much that he believes his lies (yes, he told me this). He went to my parents' house telling them 'my reasons for divorce are all lies and my own father turned against me as he thought I was fabricating. He just continued to love my abusive ex. My own father refused to see me or his two grandchildren and would call my ex and invite him over for dinner as my ex continued his mental abuse toward me in many ways. My father went to his grave without seeing his daughter or grandchildren for years as he closed us out and loved the abuser.

There was a witness her agent or pr person who testified said she robo called him and he gave in to her plea to organize s secret meet with JD to talk an extreme necessity, there was an order of protection that she had on JD and the agent arranged for them to meet at his friend's house who would not be home JD and his assoc complied and hours at the home they were requested to leave as the home owner was returning, hence, then did not end that meeting the agent/pr indicated he took her AH and JD went separately to avoid being noticed together to a hotel under the agent/pr's name and he said they all waited down stairs in lobby area for both AH & JD who he claims ended up arguing to near 4am that he told in this trial. I question how horrible that was to even think to align two people that combative with substance abuse issues and alcohol along with rx meds. I question anyone sober and a friend or agent to lose moral code like. You would expect that behavior from some teenagers not adults. But this industry it seems second nature part of the territory. Saw the doc today and he saw how I was so affected by it because I was a Whitney except that I stood by my brother-in-law's in 2010 and no one believed us. He has unalived himself a couple of years ago because he couldn't get away in peace. She never left him alone even after she got remarried to a rich guy (surprise surprise!) So my doctor noted the deterioration of my mental health in my medical notes - all because she is so triggering and I'm so fkg angry that they always get away scot free.

It's super brutal to hear someone else going through all of this but JD is literally my hero right now for making this all public. I have a trial that starts on Monday as well for basically insanely similar experiences. People just have a hard time believing that someone can be this vindictive and cruel. I have not watched the video. I just comment the photos that are seen in the beginning. Those years ago, when she had her case against JD, one day later these photos appeared with her female layer. No bruises, OK, but this is not the way an abused women would look. It was in the international press. Head in the neck, patting her layer in the back. Actually she laughed about how easy it was to have that harmed girl show. How could anybody believe her. If it would be just the bruises. But do look at her face in the photos one day after she cried in the car and went to curt a frightened little girl. Second. All public appearances, Johnny was the victim. A suffering person, not recognizable. He was the one that became unattractive, you could see him go down with Amber. At first they had been both beautiful at the same level. I never was a real JD fan. When I first saw Amber, I thought ugh typically the younger woman, now less attractive, I found her average at first sight. What changed my mind was her photo with bruises and no make up, but , was it photo shopped. She now looks so average again with no Make Up. I liked him Johnny with Vanessa, looking for french fashion looks. I only had seen two films, Gilbert Grape and as Captain Sparrow, there he seemed for the first time acting really to me and I was impressed. And I remembered hearing good things about JD, his spending for his actor friend much money because he was the reason he got to Hollywood, Nicolas Cage. His thinking to buy land for his partly ancestors, the native Indians. The interview of Vanessa Paradis saying: "people think it is easy to love somebody as handsome as Johnny, but they do not know he also has a very beautiful soul. Amber for me was like Scarlet in Gone with the wind, a selfish rich girl, I never liked Scarlet. She went to court exactly one day after his mother died. How could he defend himself or make a good impression. I was mad about this. Hopefully the truth comes out. I have hardly a doubt, but as a human being I can be mistaken. What is my point? The other point I would love to see him lay out is the video with her saying she actually paid the 7 million dollars when we see in court by testimony from the ACLU that she hadn’t. Amber saying she had paid it pre-dates Johnny’s law suits. In the interview by a German news outlet, she says she paid it rather emphatically and convincingly.

As a victim I am appalled and suprised that she was able to get a TPO done signed and agreed for by the judge, with him in another country, so he was no where near her at the time. He couldn't just walk up to her. There was no threat, and the TPO only lasts 30 days. Then you go court with PPO. The judge usually doesn't grant a TPO if there is no current threat. Or you get a TPO by majestrate and PPO from the judge. It disgusts me she can get a order done while he's out the country, but my ex literally was incarcerated for what he did to me while I was pregnant! Someone's priorities is out of touch with reality.

Most judges in most states will grant a temporary protection order with little to no evidence and there is no burden of proof until the court hearing to get the temporary protection order extended into a long-term, actual protection order. At that point, some judges even still do grant a longer protection order, and some sniff out the bullshit and deny it and close the case.
