PSL well is totally different level.. in league and domestic t20 he his economy is same as other bowlers and strike rate even lower. Anyway international level is different. Shadab has been among top players of PSL and recent man of the tournament PSL never in international. Mohammad Ali doesnt look any special bowler at international level

How is T20 predictable? It is the most unpredictable. Any team can trump the other at any time. Sometimes you would go through 3 different phases of up and down in the same match. And nobody knows outcome till the end.
