I just mentioned why it is not the best interest to advice or suggest a client to do anything. There are ways that you can help them think so that they can make better decisions for themselves but flat out telling or advising them to do things isn’t best therapy practice. This could be different from state to state. I am not sure.

Remember this: JM knows what the case is about prior to hearing each side present their case. With that being said, I love how JM sets the scenario so that each person tells their side.
