I think a mental health assessment of the double jeopardy man would have been a correct decision. Regardless, this judge is a top man.
@StingofTruth7 жыл бұрын
I may be wrong but the judge was overseeing municipal court and it would've needed to be a criminal court proceeding to order a psych eval. I could be wrong but i don't think so.
@carolv84507 жыл бұрын
Sting of Truth- you're right. Sue, the lawyer in his court wanted help for one of her clients and said that, too.
@drmayeda19307 жыл бұрын
Was he mentally ill or impaired. That would make a difference
@punchdrunkatheist7 жыл бұрын
The judge has no power to do that, only in particular types of criminal cases can that be ordered, and only when it's in favor of the defendant and at their own free will. When non-violent, no one can force any medical evaluation onto someone who still has to volition to say no to it.
@coltonmoore65746 жыл бұрын
Correct it’s a great idea, however a judge cannot order that. The judge clearly saw he was a danger to himself and others and at least charged him with contempt of court which will get him locked up and at least keep him stable until he can receive proper treatment.

Any secondary law that is repugnant to the actual law. The United States Constitution and its sister States constitutions in harmony. If it's in Conflict any part any word any Claus it is void and null and not bound to any office. It is considered in legal terms and unconstitutional Act. And all Americans should declare any conflict in Motion in a court of law to hold all that took the oath to be accountable for their actions.
