Cauliflower pepper fry... Again a very fantastic recepe.Your demo says it all. The timing of adding each item is well explained. That's why the recepe helps in bringing out the best results. Apart from this I liked is (1) adding fennel seeds first to the hot oil and(2) adding thin coconut paste, fennel powder and finely ground pepper and finishing with a dollop of ghee with finely chopped coriander leaves. "Adada" what a delicious dish. I prepared this dish yesterday ie 01/07/22. As you said it goes well as a side dish with chapati, rice and Idly and dosa, it does. Everyone in my family loved this dish. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recepe 😋😋 Any more seasonal fruits desserts recepes are welcome.

Dear Deena, I am following quite a long time. The way you explain, n rediscovering the dishes n it's traditional flavour, for example chettinad foods, Tirunelveli food n what not., amazing, involvement. One suggestion, please do not add 'kadipatha' in North Indian dishes. They add only corriander leaves.
