He shot a man he projected his rage onto in the back. The victim never saw it coming. Where was the victim coming from and what was he doing just before he walked to a speaking engagement. The killer may be bi polar, in chronic back pain, isolated and disturbed. The monetized state of greed in the public's healthcare systems is beyond abuse. Whatever the episode will be called ........ this is murder. Peace to the World.

Interesting the swiftness in which this is being prosecuted when we peasants have to wait months, years, perhaps a lifetime for justice.

"He was calm, collected. Even smiling. Completely different from the angry outburst he had before." Yeah. He was in a f*cking courtroom. "Outbursts" and even speaking is literally the worst possible idea in that setting. My guy Luigi knows his rights and courtroom decorum.

I am happy these CEO's at least have to share their profits with security companies. Some of these CEOs require up to 10 guards at a time, so that's 10 salaries that can provide for good hearted American families. I would recommend the top security companies increase their prices, because these companies have high budgets to share. It's also good knowing that these CEO's won't have true freedom, which nearly makes the money pointless when you need to have security listening to you take a dump on the toilet lol. This random 26 yo Italian kid just turned the richest people in America into secluded rats in a cage who need permanent overwatch by strange guys with snake tattoos.

Do a little research before expressing your half baked opinion. Luigi and his mother both have serious back issues and pain and UHC played their sick AF games. This poor guy was pushed to the brink by UHC!

Such a shame from a young man who obviously has a great education and upbringing. It just demonstrates how Americans are totally fed up with the criminality of the government and private corporate sector as a whole. American citizens have had enough of the rich dictating to how the poor will life or die.

it is not uncommon and clinically typical for a young person to develop schizophrenia in their 20's though not commonly violent -- in any event this person is not well

It should be illegal how they shove him into the wall and put their hands on his neck to keep him from talking to the press.

I don't understand the screws in his back and back issues, he seems very mobile there and being shoved into a brick wall would not have been a good thing. Also why have they still not given him an X-ray to confirm pics, is this not relevant?

Jury nullification is when a jury in a criminal trial acquits a defendant even though they believe the defendant is guilty of breaking the law: Reasons Jurors may nullify for a variety of reasons, including: Disagreement with the law Finding the law unjust Believing the punishment is too harsh Disapproving of the prosecutor's application of the law Having prejudices in favor of the defendant Wanting to send a message about a larger social issue

Well I believe we finally hit a real paradox surrounding medical care in this country. Do people really have insurance and coverage if it is constantly denied and delayed? We know how impossible it is to hold a millionaire CEO accountable or a company in this day of absolutely disproportionate wealth. I don't know how I feel and I am glad I will not be called for jury duty and be tested.
