The weakness is staying away from the da'wah towards Tawheed ar-ruboobiyyah, al-uloohiyyah and asma-o-wisifaat and staying away from the da'wah of denial and negation of shirk in muslim ummah. Once you are so weak to do that on your own in ummah and you think you will do that in fighting against kuffaar? No, it would never work like that unless you are strong in tawheed and in staying away from shirk (as in ummah) as a whole.
