I’m having the same problem with these people mine did not even come with the frame for the roof. Or the bolt down for four corners of the posts!!!!!!!!

I was told I could get rid of it and I'd be reimbursed by Amazon. Then I was told to return it and pay return shipping. I'm not paying return shipping and STILL going back and forth about it. Who knows where this situation will end up, but i will not end up with it in my backyard.

@@Defectivedicktater I bought one similar but the mellcom 20x12 louvered pergola. I received 5/6 boxes trying to reach them to see what’s in that 6 box. I’m hoping it’s the curtains in the sixth box because all the other boxes are big
