@@drdontpassone8164 Well, I did use a linear regression with the source being the Highs with 1 SD. Many of my stocks were above it. To me, it means "over extended territory". Things are not working out at this moment in time. I may jump back in but it looked like a big drop was imminent Friday. Yeah the old gut was telling me as well. It reminded me of what happened to SMCI.

sold out my five months long on the indexes ( IWM, SPY). i had pretty nice gain. Friday volume first sign of warning for me market. not bearish at all. i dont see there will be alot of mometum now. so better for me sit on sideline, waitting for next entry.

Great clip n thanks for the book Richard. I think that some sideways to slight negative behavior for stocks over the next 1-3 weeks may be in order, and that's healthy, BUT with rate cuts coming, I remain very positive for equities as an asset class....

Especially monetary policy and understanding the term structure.....Day to day, quite random, but with quarterly measures or longer, not that random.....

@@Yahniboy Really? Perhaps on the day or near term period right after but go look at even March 2020, FFunds 1.58 then 0 not long after...what did stocks do in 2020 and 2021? Rate cuts lead to long bull markets that span long horizons. Its not a short term intraday catalyst. Look at the hikes 2004-06....then cuts n 2007.....how long did the March 2009 bull run?

I've purchased numerous stocks in individual firms. Because there are so many stocks that will skyrocket in the long run, it is currently safe to buy in on ETF and ride it out. Due to fud, I sold out early, but then retraced my ways and re-invested $350,000 with a financial advisor who manages my account.
