as simple as it sounds , the Cavs are up because they’re making shots. Ty jerome and caris levert are shooting waaaaayyyyy above their pay grade they still might be the best team , but right now it’s as simple as they’re making their shots

well you can say that about any team...it's a make or miss league, but I agree, we have a few players that have already exceeded expectations. For Caris, he's underplayed since he's been a Cavalier and is finally playing loose and free, which has evolved his game greatly. The skill has always been there but his confidence is showing fasho!

You aren't wrong that shot variance has been in the Cavs favor and that is important to acknowledge. But it' not like they are running the same offense from a year ago and getting different results. They have new strategic ideas that have resulted in some interesting non shooting statistics. Plus a resurgence from Darius and a small improvement from Mobley both of which would not be crazy if they continued all season. A comment like yours sounds (maybe not your intention) dismissive of those things. Which can be very irritating to a small market fanbase who knows they won't get credit for anything from national media unless its beyond undeniable. Also Lavert setting the world on fire for three weeks is a yearly tradition.

@ and im still saying they are a good/elite team , probably stacked up enough wins that they might win 65+ games but last year , Boston led the league shooting 41% on wide open 3s this year , Cleveland leads the league shooting basically 50% (up from 39%) i don’t expect them to come crashing down , but i do expect them to return to the pact .. all respect to Cleveland ad Kenny tho

@@4Reggieand what are teams shooting against them on open threes? as good as the cavs have shot, they’re consistently creating good shots for good shooters. numbers will go down, but probably still stay elite. their opponents though, in many, many efforts to end streak had to face many teams shooting the lights out, with bad shooters coming off the bench to hit multiple 3s off the bench. jose alvarado, dalen terrys, micics of the world where all making 3+ threes during their win streak. as the cavs shot variance goes down, look for their opponents’ to go down as well
