would it not be faster to use the helm splitter on the flying lizalfos? Likewise wouldn't it be faster to just hold the ball and chain rather than throw it at the ice breathing things? All in all fantastic run though.

No to both - helm splitter doesn't do very much damage in general, and swinging the ball and chain without throwing it won't do any damage to freezards, unfortunately
