Caves and Wild Camping by SEA KAYAK - Shingles Bank - Valkyrie / Octane surf Ski - Isle of Wight

A local paddle for us enjoying the summer while it lasts.
Crossing from Milford on Sea to Needles - around the south coast and wild camp on Watcombe Bay. Exploring caves along the way that I had never looked at despite passing them many times....

Yes.. i tried to land on it once but didn't time it well so was paddling hard for the last 200m in a few inches of water while the little island disappeared ahead of me... It didn't seem wise to hop out of the boat for a photo with those conditions... It'll happen at some point tho

@@GoneKayaking lol, I can just picture the scenario. Could be another captain Chris moment when he lost his boat 😄 For those unknowing on the beach they'll think your jesus walking on water.

Great weather for a fun paddle, one I’d love to do at some point. Cave four was nice and large - love finding a different way out to the way in when investigating caves.
