Caves To Caves Trek - A 4x4 Camping Adventure From Wombeyan To Jenolan In The Landcruisers

In this video me and my friend Mitch travel from Wombeyan Caves to Jenolan Caves in our 4WD 90 series Prado's. The weather was pretty average but it made for some interesting driving conditions and deeper river crossings. Had a few sound issues due to a new mic I bought. Luckily I still had enough footage to make the video but a lot of the talking sections I had to edit out unfortunately.

I crashed my 2wd rodeo doing this trip about 18 months ago. Building a 90 now so I am excited to get it on the road and give it another shot. Me and the family have done over 100000ks over the last 3 years in the rodeo doing 3 of the 4 corners of NSW. Much of it was brown trousers and often sideways or skiing down dirt tracks. Looking foreward to the extra tr action in the new 90. Hope to see you both out there

great video mate, ive been wanting to do this trip for a while now and i was plannig to soon but just curiuos in regards to camping. i was goping to go to ding dell but since what you said i respect you wanting to keep that spot hidden, what would you reccomend for camping with restrioctions in play? shouyld i just look around or can you still pre book?

From memory it was only Dingo Dell that was closed, you could still book all the other camp sites I believe. I’m a little unorthodox with how I do things so I sometimes don’t recommend people on here doing what I do 😅 the right thing to do is book a camp site with the national park.

Hey guys, nice video! I've been thinking to do that same route, I just bought a Pajero 2002 and put some bigger tyres 31", but I don't have lift or snorkel yet, do you think that the route is viable in a semistock car? Cheers
