Rasmus Canbäck, an investigative journalist for the Swedish online news site Blankspot, talks to CivilNet’s Paul Vartan Sookiasian about how Azerbaijan manages to avoid international sanctions despite ethnically cleansing Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh.
