Damn those rims looks sick! Nice ride bro

Yeah, it looks ridiculously dope while parked. Then you air it up to driving capability height, and notice the tires are stretched beyond normal function. You then ask yourself, "How is that thing suppose to dive into a turn, and accelerate out, like it's intended to?" It's a performance beast out of the factory, that's intended to perform. It no longer can, because form has taken precedence over function. Never really understood doing that...

Personally like the 15in wheels on this. What's difference in s3 to a3 motor?
@lukas81222 жыл бұрын
the 200hp a3 2.0 engine in relation to the 265 2.0 engine in the S3 the biggest difference is the Turbo. The a3 has a k03-086 and the s3 a k04-064. The compression in the a is 10.3 and in the s 9.8. The S3 also has reinforced pistons and rods with reinforced rodbearings if i kept that correctly in mind
@patsfball37102 жыл бұрын
@@lukas8122 so basically just a bigger turbo. Those reinforced rods would habe come in handy for me. Blew the timing belt on my a3 which blew the motor. Got a motor with 88k on it for 1200 and 1200 to put in. The blown motor had 215k so nice little upgrade. But the motor with 88k had been drained of its fluids and put on a shelf. I had the car for a couple days amd it was misfiring. Replaced the spark plugs and it fixed it but it had some serious hesitation to it. I left my fathers where we did spark plugs almost turned around when check engine light came on but it immidiatly turned off and car seemed to be running better. Took it to highway to shoot down 1 exit. Was doing about 145 when boom. Serious explosion and smoke everywhere. Blew the piston through the side of the motor. My father sent me a pic of the piston it was a ball of metal and I have the rod hanging from mirror in car now. The rod was twisted sideways and broke in half. Motor was warranted but the 3rd motor I had to put in myself. Had to drill out both cats too. The top was easy the bottom uswd a 4ft flexable rod with a bit attached to a drill to make a few holes then punched tje rest out with a copper pipe. But now im getting a p2293 p0087 and p0089 code. The car runs like dog shit and around 4000 rpm starts bucking and not wanting to shift. I replaced the fuel filter the low pressure fuel pump the fuel relays the fuel pressure regulator on the high pressure pump. The cam follower was done with new motor. Next gonna try the other piece to the high pressure pump. Heared the seloniod will go bad in those then the 2nd fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail. That one is hidden under the intake manifold and can't get to it so I have to replace the passenger side axel and will do it when I do that. Its good the first motor blew cause the intake was melted and the wastegate on the turbo was shot. But it sucks cause i wanna break in this new motor but its been like this for over a month and i can't figure out the issue.

@@patsfball3710 for the obd codes, is every tube fine or broken/ gone hard over time and cracked etc etc? Maybe the pressure from the low pressure fuelpump is enough to the hpfp but it "looses" the pressure due to bad conditions of the tubes? If you have changed basically almost every part of the fuelsystem this could be an issue too you could keep me on updates if you want. the 2.0Tfsi engines all have some problems and could happen everyone of us so the more you know you could help yourself^^
