Finnaly you switch the spotrac default to multi year view. It was so annoying if you google multi year view for any team it was still like the 5th result in google and made it so annoying to get to. And the fact that the first few results were pages that had no quick link to multi year view was so annoying. I just had to get that off my chest that drove me insane. It took half an hour for your to get to Luka, I get it, but come on. Windhorst was spot on calling his last 4 years of international and NBA play. Luka is a head case right now, he is Bron's son without the athleticism that can make all the bad attitude play pale in comparison to his spectacular physical abilities. Luka had the whole world see who he really is, a generational talent that gets emotionally drunk and self absorbed at times when he needs to be mature and lead his team. Lastly, please look at the 8 guys who play for the Celtics they all as Tatum says "can guard their personal yards". Lakers got to see this, you can't put out turnstiles at the perimeter defense and think your two All Pro front court players will make up for it. All who play must defend, ALL or you will lose again and again and again.

They won a ring in 2020 with Kyle Kuzma who cannot and does not defend. There are plenty of champs with below avg defenders on their roster. If it’s just about defense then a top 3 defensive team wins the title every year, right?

I don't care about how many assists Luka averages - he's still a ballhog. He almost always takes the most shots on the team and the few times he doesn't, Kyrie does. A team can't win a championship with two shot-hogs like that - they're lucky they made it past the second round with that style of play.

I call BS on this take. Luka was plus 9 on the court...Luka is clearly hampered by injury and if the role players hit a few more shots they could be 2-1 up.. Its like everyone who kills harden.. But fact is Harden was up 3-2 on gsw with KD when CP3 his second best player got hurt otherwise they likely win that series.. Nothing is as black and white as this.. Celtics have the most talented starting 5 and top 6 in the NBA the better team is winning..

@mattwhitely1067 Dude, what I said is facts - Luka and Kyrie take around 65 to 70% of the FGA on the Mavs. And how are the "role players" supposed to "hit a few more shots" if they only get 3 to 5 shots per game? Daniel Gafford is shooting 64% in the playoffs this season and Derrick Lively is shooting 67% and they only get a few shots per game because of Luka Ballhot and Kyrie Ballhog.

And they defend the corner three very well and none of the dallas players can hit an above the break three because they are all average to poor shooters.. The match up is bad.. Match ups win.. I.e. denver likely beat dallas and boston but match up poorly with the wolves.. Celtics match up great on dallas.. This is how it goes sometimes.. If miami had made the finals like last sesson dallas would win..

@mattwhitely1067 So? If your bigs are shooting over 60% they should get more than 3 to 6 FGA's per game but Luka and Kyrie are shot-hogs and Jason Kidd ignores bigs in his offense. He did the same thing with Christian Wood the season before. You can't beat top tier teams with 60 to 70% of your offensive production coming from your guards. Maybe when they get swept Luka and Kidd will get a clue.
