Sir in illustration 7, why rent received wasn't taken into cash at bank but trade receivable was recorded after adjustment. Is the point rent received not an adjustment? Why it was given there? The question says the points a, b, and c were considered while computed the said net profit. But as the trade payable is nit given after adjustment isnt cash at bank also given before considering the rent received? I don't understand at which point i am confused? Sir i have a doubt at 2:58:51 why we aren't deducting bad debts from debtors an then making new provision... U told previously in this lecture that we have to make provision for good debts and in this question 860000 are total debtors... Don't we need to first deduct 20000 bad debts from debtors it will be 840000 and then the provision will be 42000 and we already have 10000 as provision after deducting bad debts from old provision hence... We will be posting 32000 as provision to p&l a/c.....sir plssssss clear my this doubt... I hope u will reply me soon 🥺🙏
