Hey mate thanks for asking! I thought the same thing for the dog house and eventually decided to leave it at that, hence why you don't see him sleeping outside. I guess you could say the protagonist felt a sense of normalcy by building it. Build it for the hell of it to keep occupied. But I agree, the dog stays inside thankfully. The photo is indeed him, but it should be noted that there is some internal conflict with himself. I'm portraying a sense of guilt/survivors guilt (why does he have to be the last one left here ect), and his past, which there is a bit of attention to. He is in a sense neglecting his passed, pushing it away/burying it. Episode Five depicts more of this context later on in the episode. Having campfires outside is also another sense of normalcy. Our protagonist has spent a very long time roaming the deserted wasteland and has made contact with zero individuals or authorities/officials for the matter, so for the curtains and stuff I decided to let that slide. The super zombie has a lot of backstory which a little context is disclosed in E06 about him. There's a lot of story to unravel with him through the rest of this current season.

Not really all that unusual out in the middle of nowhere. Especially on long roads that aren't frequently traveled by anyone that isn't local and are surrounded by trees and farmlands, city boy (or suburban boy). There are also some non-highway cross-country roads that you can drive for more than 15 miles and not see a single store of any kind, including gas stations (which is why you'll see trucks and the like with a gas container of one kind or another either in the bed if it's a truck or strapped to the back if it's a jeep or other offroad-type vehicle). Or if you do you'll see hunting and fishing or camping places but no place to really get a snack unless you just want a candy bar and a soda and that's about it.

Hey mate. Cancelled at the moment. That was an old project. When Resist series is finished I may considering restarting the project as I'm more supplied with resources to legally produce and publish videos without the worry of copyright and red tape. I was more likely to stuff WWZ up I believe anyways and that project I wanted to work hard on but was not partnered to KZbin so there was no real motivated for it unlike now. I may work on it in the future though 😉
