Enter the compound through the main gate with explosives. Then leave through the airstripe again. Use the Conspirator weapon load out . Also use all the support crew except the WEAPON STASH

Well, at least you tried 😂 I just got the pink diamond on hard mode, and I'll loot cocaine to get the biggest profit! First time this happened to me, I am so happy. Edit: So I just did the heist and got 1.829.052 (pink diamond on hard mode - 1.430.000, cocaine as secondary loot - 441.000, money from the safe - 93.297 and of course the elite challenge - 100.000). The take was 1.964.832, fencing fee 196.483 and Pavel fee 39.297.
