Asha workers are found hardly literate, they fill cbac at thier home, this is running since years , upper office bcm, BPM know this very well they just want this to be a formality, and wants to generate more and more funds incentives in their pockets, we as a cho also struggling for our pbi on time , there is no hearing from BMO office

Yes , that's absolutely true, having said that , I shared this process to keep the outcome of our work sorted , the family folder card can be written in any local language , and this is just to keep a proof of our work , and in case of literary problems of ASHA , it is said that any possible person whether US the CHO's ,ASHA supervisor , ANM or any family members of the ASHA can help them out. This process is the AUTHENTIC PROCESS. mentioned in our respective training , so I shared with all of colleagues in the field 😇

Agar ek person ka age above 30 ho but score below 4 ho th use screening k liye bulana hta h kiya...or asha ne jo CBAC fill up kiya h usme CHO sign krna h ya nhi agar below 4aye th?

Haan , jitne bhi population 30yrs and above ke hain , unka screening compulsory hain , but first unka screening karna hai jinka score 4 se zyada hai, jab sare high score patients khatm ho jayenge tab below 4 scoring patient ka screening karna hai , But , agar koi patient previously diagnosed case hai ya fir symptoms seems to suspect for any particular diagnosis than those can be checked 😇

Do you know how to delet the duplicate data in NCD portal that's doubling of the person's name

There is no option of deletion but you can do one thing replace the individual with another person who is pending and add his details... Uh can edit the name and all but not the cbac...!

No, as i know single time cbac form filled by asha of a single candidate .In Next year other candidate those now 29 old that r coming new 30 year old , cbac filled by asha and updated on portal.
