I was stopped at the traffic light at the corner of Portugal Cove Road and Newfoundland Drive in St John's a couple of years ago and decided to switch from my I-Pod to the radio, and I was instantly transfixed by this heavenly voice singing his song "Bloom". I had to be beeped at several times to move when the light turned green. I pulled over to listen and learn who was singing. As soon as I was at a computer went to William's website and bought the album. As soon as I am finished here, I'll go and buy this one! Keep singing, William... We need you!

CBC introduced me to William Prince too. I think I was on King's Bridge Road when I heard "The Spark." Tried to memorize the lyrics so I could search for the song. That voice stops you in your tracks, I agree! Breathtaking!

I can definitely relate to being transfixed by William Prince’s incredible melodic voice. His music truly captures your imagination and it transcends you spiritually so much so that I went to iTunes and purchased several albums by him immediately. I absolutely love his music it’s cathartic and some of his songs actually brings me to tears .

William …..first .. I have not cried or felt this much internal emotion for a very long time. I’m not a musician.. but I feel music in my soul …. It’s been one of the most rare loves in my life that has been my constant. The last time I recall having an emotional episode of this level was at a time where loneliness took me for a very long day drive and I purchased Jimmy Rankin’s CD and pushed it into the CD player in my jeep. Imagine driving around the Cabot Trail.. alone more that I ever expected and listening to him….That moment .. of realizing that life is so much more … gave me courage to start living again … Years later … I find myself at a crossroad “similar “ but now more frightening… as the loneliness again has trapped me in my body .. and the means of getting out is harder to grasp … but today … this day I heard your voice on the radio … it stopped my heart … I ran for my phone and hit the app that told me who you were and what you were singing … I felt “it” again … I do not know what “it “ was but I became so emotional prayed there was more! There you were .. I snuggled in bed with coffee and listened to entire album with such gratitude… I’m still smiling .. talk about music lifting your soul .. your heart .. your mind … you have taken what was left of mine and put hope in its place. You are him ..I cried because I felt joy your … words … healing ….
