We watch “original” Fraiser every night while eating dinner. We’re in our late 60’s early 70’s and it’s gets funnier everytime we watch it. Love Kelsey Grammer. ❤

LOVE Kelsey Grammer too! I used to watch Frasier after I graduated college with my dad and loved it. Now my two older sons (12 and 14) watch it with me in the evenings and it’s our special time. The show is timeless!! So grateful for it and the bonding agent it’s been among all of these generations!

I like what I've seen of the new (2023) FRASIER, but I like Kelsey Grammer even more. It's not just that we share the same birthday (February 21, 1956), nor that he lives at least part of the time in my home state, New York, but that he's made so many people happy with his work. If his FRASIER reboot succeeds for a number of years and if it provides something so worthhwhile and fulfilling for Kelsey, then I say America should be happy not just for ourselves to be entertained but also happy for Kelsey to be doing something more with a character he loves so much (as we also do). We love you, Kelsey, and THANK YOU for so many wonderful moments shared with us that continue to enrich our lives.

Gotta state the obvious... aside from Grammer being so eloquent , charming and well-spoken, Tom is such a damn good interviewer!
@KeshavToronto4 ай бұрын
Although... having just finished the video, Tom was lobbed the perfect, poignant end to the interview at 22:14 and then squeezed in a question about Sideshow Bob! That would've been better placed earlier in the interview.
@suilvengreenАй бұрын
Really?! I’m bailing on this halfway thru because I can’t watch the interviewer anymore. He’s trying way too hard and isn’t smart enough
@KeshavTorontoАй бұрын
@@suilvengreen So interesting! See, I prefer an interviewer that can gently guide a conversation forward, hitting on their questions, but can also give space for it to go in it's own direction. I find Tom to be really good at this! There are interviewers who literally just prattle off the Q's (pun fully intended) given to them on a piece of paper and, to me, that is insufferable. I think that was the main criticism of the previous short-lived host of Q. Again, I find this interview as really well done, apart from the dreadful last question which was so poorly-timed! Yikes!
@suilvengreenАй бұрын
@@KeshavToronto I agree that compared to interviewers with a list and no clue this style is preferable but I found he went too far in that direction and it came off as fawning which is something I can’t stand
@KeshavTorontoАй бұрын
@@suilvengreen Fair point. I assume a big part of that is the premise of the show is to do just that... fawning over artists. I don't think the show is meant for hard-hitting journalism. More feel-good stuff.

The original Frasier series is still regularly watched by my wife and I and it’s the best sitcom ever. The reboot is tough to watch I hate to say. I have set through entire episodes with barely a smile let alone laugh. I can’t put my finger on what it is, but maybe it’s just growing pains. The original series did not go through that because it was a home run from episode one but this new one has yet to hit its stride
@DarthHLT14 күн бұрын
Hopefully the Reboot show will get saved. Because rumor has it that it will end after Season 2. That there will be no Season 3. But Rumors ALSO says that they (the Producers) hope for 2 Things. Number One is, that the "Studio" will chance their Mind again and they will reverse the cancellation decision and it will stay on Paramount+, or second, the Producers can sell it to another streamigs service / another chanel.We will have to wait and see. HOPE THEY WILL CONTINUE IN ONE OR ANOTHER WAY.... # Save the Fraiser Reboo t!!!!

I'm a massive Frasier fan, I have watched it over and over but new Frasier? These are always a risk but......Canned laughter, slow, clunky gags, it looks like stage acting for some of them, silly weak storylines, and, no Niles, no Daphne, oh dear. Nope. Lyndhurst is just irritating and he was only ever the foil in Only Fools anyway. So sorry but somebody has to tell the truth about what a lemon the reboot is. When you have an 11 year ensemble cast, that dynamic doesn't transfer. Perhaps David and Jane knew it. Who knows.

@@MrForeverMusicFan policy differences are absolutely no issue for me personally, it’s the whole attempt to overthrow the government thing that makes things dealbreakers for me. People can have policy differences all day long and I have no problem with it but when it comes to attempts to overthrow our government that’s a very hard line drawn. Not supporting that isn’t “screwed up in the brain” it’s simply supporting the values of our country and standing up for the protection of our country.
