Hi Bill, I'm trying to order CBD oil (w/o THC) for my mom, she suffers from fibromyalgia and it is getting worse. Can I ask you which dosage you would recommend? They have 5%, 10%, 15% all the way to 50%. And how many drops do you take and at what time (morning, night or spread around the day)? Please let me know, thank you.
@rayatateo8094 Жыл бұрын
@@i-am-ali1672hi, sorry if I'm late to this, but my mum takes a 10% dosage with a whole pipette day and night (which is safe for the percentage). She started off with 2-3 drops to see how she feels, and this is different for everyone but it has MASSIVELY helped her fibrofog. She feels like she can reason much better than before and the physical blurring of her eyes subsides in 5 minutes

Personally, CBD seems to cause a relaxed state for me, but I think part of that is just not needing to tune out pain every waking moment just so I can function... Gosh, this stuff sounds messed up when you write it down. I'm still new to CBD, but if I take the right amount I feel numb and I'm clumsy. Which sounds bad. It's because I've had fibro my whole life and I've used that pain normal people don't feel basically as my tactile feedback. Take away that overactive pain thing and it's kinda like I don't feel anything. Which sounds worse. Hopefully, anyone with fibro can understand what I mean when I say it's a good type of numb and I just need to recalibrate.

Note: not all strains of high grade marajuana have a sedative effect. Indica heavy strains give you the sleepy body high while sativa strains give you more giggles, energy, visual effects.

I just purchased CBD oil at the health food store. The man there was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Right now I can't function without painkillers. I'm sick of taking them and I'm praying that the CBD oil helps me to stop taking these painkillers. Fibromyalgia makes me feel like I have a hangover every day of my life. I just hate it! I can't call it pain per se. It feels like you were dropped out of a plane and landed on a sidewalk. I don't sleep at night, and I get overload where I feel like I can't do what I need to do. Basically, I can do one thing a day. When I grocery shop I can't do anything else. So, Lord willing CBD will be the answer I've been looking for. I sure hope so because I really want quality of life. I developed Fibromyalgia after I had invasive surgery. My nerves were traumatized during the surgery and I've never been the same since. I had a double mastectomy and a trans across my stomach for reconstruction. I've spoken with other women who have had the same procedure done and they told me they also had Fibromyalgia afterwards! My oncologist had no idea why I wasn't feeling better. So I put all my symptoms into the computer and Fibromyalgia came up. I went to a rheumatologist he confirmed it. I feel bad for anyone who tells me they have Fibromyalgia.

One comment - a person taking cannabis containing THC says "What good is it to me if I am not feeling pain but sitting on my couch all day?" THC is a stimulant and can enhance both physical function and endurance and mental focus. I have regularly used it before exercise for more years than I care too remember. Try a different strain. Excellent video though!

CBD is the only thing that helps diminish. Not get rid of it, but just enough so I can sleep or do work at my computer. Since I have a bad past with Tylenol and can't take NSAIDS, CBD is the only things that I can take a lot of with no negative affects and pain relief.

Trying several strains of cannabis used in producing CBD is necessary I think for a better conclusion of benefit or not. It is definitely worth the continued search for the right cannabis strain.

Hi, I want to order CBD oil for my mother since she has been struggling with firbromyalgia for a long time. And luckily here in the Netherlands there is a wide variety of CBD oil legally available. But I'm having trouble choosing the right one for her. Because there is CBD oil drops of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 30%. I honestly don't know what that means.. Does anyone know which percentage is most suitable for her condition? Thank you in advance.

Go to your nearest CBD shop and go big or go home. If you don't know how to roll a blunt, lmao, get a pre rolled of their strongest pre rolled for pain. If you think you are too refined or too old to walk in and say I need to try your strongest flower for pain, you will be shocked by the amount of ppl over 50 trying out products. I've tried the chocolate, gummies, salves, ointments, creams, etc etc. Nothing helps as much as smoking it. BTW, did you know the body was created with receptors that only open to cannibinoids? Our creator gave us medicinal herbs to use.

I want to thank you for providing this video! I am a former RN, who's on permanent disability due to Fibro (Dx 2007, Perm. Disability 2015). I am currently take Gabapentin, and I'm looking into taking CBD. It's so hard to get all of this info in 1 place, so this video is REALLY appreciated!! PLUS, from a doctor who understands! If anyone has any input that they feel they can share re: taking CBD while already taking Gabapentin, I'd be interested in getting your input. (I don't know if I would need to stop the Gaba first). I am also curious to know, if it is because of the effects on the Adrenal Gland that I get frequent intense chills (usually afternoon), and terrible sweating with small amounts of activity? Just curious. In 2 weeks, I am going to inform my primary MD that I am interested in introducing CBD. I don't know KZbin rules, but I'll ask anyways...Does anyone have any input re: quality of products for Lazurus Naturals? Thanks in advance, for any input anyone cares to share! Starting the next video now. :)

It's definitely important to talk with your health care provider about adding in CBD, so it's great you're going to do that! In my clinical experience, Gabapentin and CBD can be taken together safely, you just want to start low and go slow with the CBD. I also have a line of couple of CBD products I formulated for my patients to have a safe, and effective supply, in case you'd like to check it out. fridabotanicals.com

I am hopeful, that I will have some positive results with CBD. Just improvement in sleep, would be HUGE! Thanks for your link, I'll look into it! I did watch your 2nd video, and it was helpful too. Thank you so much. I just learned the cause of my Fibromyalgia. I've been using CBD on and off most of this year. It's helped a lot with my anxiety but I didn't think it helped much with inflammation until I paid attention to my asthma. I have Trigger Finger and it didn't seem to help with inflammation in my hand. I'm finding that I need a higher dose and got a recommendation from a friend. I've found relief from the worst pain and inflammation from essential oil products from DoTerra.

@thefibroshow5 жыл бұрын
For the most part CBD doesn't interact with other medications when taken in small doses. If trying CBD is something you're interested in, the best way to do that is to start low, and go slow. Even if your doctor doesn't have enough information, it's always important to keep them in the loop about any new supplements you're adding.

Definitely CBT would be good because it’s all linked to stress and trauma I’m finding trauma therapy very helpful I don’t find the use of depression medication helps it makes the symptoms worse but anti anxiety drugs when used only occasionally help and taking a sleeping med I used to smoke weed but I stopped I smoked it for years probably was drawn to it because it relaxed me so much but ya it made me really lazy sorry I’m meant CBD my autocorrect put CBT instead of CBD lol

I had high hopes as I've known a few who've been helped, but so far I have not had luck with CBD oil, even with the most minute amounts of THC. The latter is what my Dr thinks I'm reacting to, I go into full flight mode. I seem to do better with low dose naltrexone (I have ME as well).
