CBD Project In Lahore Gulberg - Lahore Mein Kaise Dubai Aur New York Style Ka DownTown Ban Raha Hai

Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab) is an authorised body incorporated to establish and promote environment-friendly urban regeneration projects on vertical principles. It is located in Lahore, Punjab, and aims to drive urban development in Lahore’s central business district, fostering economic growth and real estate opportunities. CBD Punjab has initiated a project to establish Lahore’s first planned downtown. The project is named “Downtown Lahore” and aims to develop high-rise buildings for various purposes, including commercial and residential units, to further urbanise the city, bring more economic stability, and play a part in the country’s growth. Lahore Prime is also part of this project. Muhammad Umer, representative of CBD Punjab, stated while talking to Urdupoint anchor Usman Butt that the project is located near Kalma Chowk, Ferozepur Road, and Main Boulevard Gulberg.

It is not possible. Pakistan can make profit with only two cities Lahore and Karachi reason is population Azad Kashmir is autonomous while western provinces and gilgit baltistan are small population mountains and deserts

@@yasirchother90 Orange line metro train in Lahore was about to go bankrupt not enough people to travel in it daily and Lahore has a population of 13 million even railways and metro trains must make profit and that is only possible in populated cosmopolitan cities like Lahore Karachi maybe Faisalabad. Rest of Pakistan has small population happy with rikshaw Islamabad was made for cars diplomats who complained about Karachi's weather. Ayub Khan decided on North Punjab margalla hills near Murree that had comfortable four seasons for diplomats

Make the next CBD in Rawalpindi. The place which I recommend is the old international airport. It spans over 1000 acres area and is right in the middle of twin cities, connected with major road networks.
