At 5:30 a bucket loader dumps a bucket into a hopper being fed by another belt, add a frame just beyond the belt feeding the hopper and attach a section of used belt to it hanging down vertically 1 1/2 times the width of the feed belt so when the bucket tips forward to dump it pushes the hanging belt up capturing the chips instead of having them land on top of the dumping bucket keeping the ground cleaner and saving diesel fuel by not requiring the bucket loader to clean up in front of the hopper. The 1 1/2 times with of the hanging belt is oversize to allow for more chips to be held until the bucket pulls away then the hanging belt drops the chips into the hopper with no overflow. Just thing outside the box as every new design needs a little bit of fudging here and there. Kindly let me know if this sounds useful to your operation. Jim, Derry, New Hampshire USA
