@@TheAkers13 forget the falcon, it will cost you too much to import. But there are mid 90s Commodores badged as Buicks here as well as early 60 and 70s Holden's. Also a few 71 to 74 Aussie valiants, badged as Dodge. They are not as cheap as in Australia but will ost less than Ford import. But I never seen later model Aussie Falcons. A few years ago there was a Australian guy, maybe he was from NZ racing a VE commodore in Thailand in this touring car class, basically it was a Aussie V8 supercar imported. But at that time there was a racecar import rule that made it easier, but recently some of those loopholes in car import have changed

Wow - awesome production and camera work. I attended the race over that weekend and to get all that great footage with the large crowds and the limited easily accessible viewing spots was impressive. What a great weekend. Loved the night time vibe aswell. All the those trucks and modified dmax's parked 3 deep on beach road strenching for nearly 2kms with all pubs bars and restaurants packed. Great work.

I was just down to Bang San two months ago touring my niece and nephew's university for Pharmacy School, and drove down the beach road in my Everest, and it is not a smooth road! Those drivers have a lot of talent to race on those roads! I will have to make the race next year, for sure! Killer content, Chad! And you are right about Bang San being a quiet little beach/college town!

It's crazy that I ran into you on the street in BKK a couple hours ago, and then I get back to my condo to see this video which reminds me of the Grand Prix in Long Beach CA where I lived until last year. There roughly two spots. Its tight but all drivers do take try to overtake at some point in the race. Its usually about who got the biggest balls to brake later than the other driver or who makes least mistakes.

Thai car and motorcycle (and scooter, boat etc ) culture is so cool. Even when I was at the drags races back in 2006, it was full of innovation and a high degree of fit and finish on all the cars. Real pride applied to everything from scooters to Skylines... AND it's all made possible by a 'no blood no foul' attitude. Minimize the endless lawyering and huge insurance premiums and we can all have fun.

I also appreciated the point you made about the "grid girls" now being frowned upon and cancelled around the world by the idiotic "woke" agenda This kind of bullshit is totally out of control and ruining what would otherwise be a good time for everyone. I'm so sick of it. Interesting how the focal point of the woke attack is on western culture and Asia seems to be largely left alone by it. Almost like it is intentional. I also have a nice battle with him in Last race of MST Chill race season i think i could get the P1 position back if 1. i have setup and 2. There are some Thai mechanics now are working on e scooters (maybe gas are expensive) and holy cow they are fast AF going above 170 km/h speed. I hope Chad one day will look into these tech guys and try put the scooter .
