YCP is not interested in developing AP except to hold on to power with vote bank politics . My views are based on the following ,only state where in people are not sure which is the Capital of AP. whereas in other states, capitals are creating employment and contributing more than 50% of wealth for states like Telangana(Hyderabad) Karnataka(Bangalore), Tamilnadu(chennai), Maharashtra(Mumbai). YCP came to power telling people that it is serious in developing Capital to prove his commitment Jagan built his own house at Amaravathi . YCP wants to kill Amaravati for the only reason that it does not have a land bank in Amaravati like other places ( Hyderabad and in Visakhapatnam) and it won't like some section of people in Amravati. 1.Creating friction among casts and regions( three capitals) 2 Not spend a single penny in the last 4 years and 6 months on Amaravati. 3.Weakening Amaravati by giving frequent statements CM wants to move to Visakhapatnam making a mockery of Amaravati investors by creating uncertainty ( Investors are very essential for any state for wealth creation ). 4 Donate land freely for poor people just for the sake of Politics by mobilizing 50000 YCP followers families in Amaravati ,on the other side driving away thousands of investors due to lack of any basic infrastructure to attract investors. 5 AP requires investors for development without which it will be bankrupt for the loans they have taken. No big international investors like MIcrosoft,Amazon,Apple,Oracle as attracted in Hyderabad or local investors like Amaraja will show interest in AP capital as YCP wants to show Amaravati as a poor man capital by bringing 50000 poor people , Driving away all investors of AP to invest in Telangana where YCP holds huge land bank as well as in Visakhapatnam.( one acre Telangana land equal to 100 acres of Andhra land as KCR stated ,Value of land in AP in the last five years gone so much down it affects Registration collections for state kitty. 6 No idea how 50000 non local people earn their livelihood in an area especially ( may be they all get volunteer jobs 5k per month) creating a caustic atmosphere with the local people who gave 32000 acres land and expecting to see city prosper and turn into world class city not as a beggar city or poor man city, one category donated land vs getting land as alms. 7. Real progressive people and serious in developing capital would have constructed tall houses not less than 10 floors for poor people to donate houses and to save precious land for public spaces like parks , schools, stadiums, gardens( 50000 families require lot of public space for roads and parking space) Not distributing one cent for one family just for vote bank politics. 8.Big positive of YCP is to focus on education ,but educated youth getting jobs going to be very tough in future without attracting investors to create employment Hope the state would not become like North Korea, Russia Venezuela where 100% educated work as slaves to make bombs for their leaders or Join army for employment, Easy way for Unemployed youth getting attracted to drugs and liquor ( a recent incident in Bapatla where 15 years old boy burnt live by drug addicts there were not in their senses for the crime they were doing) 9 YCP is driving away private institutes like Chaitanya and Narayana institutes who have contributed immensely for sending Telugu boys to top institutes like IITs ,AIIMS NITs and they are contributing immensely for state wealth indirectly by creating top class employees and entrepreneurs in the world. Harassing self run institutes( like Gitam) this year Telangana boys performed very well in JEE and NEET, almost 40 % we need an environment which encourages middle class and economically weaker section, if you focus on one section it damages others especially working class.( middle class) , If the atmosphere is not conducive for working class ,they will migrate away to other states who are required for state progress.
