This guys is simply the best even better than Mr Rowani ..hits the nail on the head we need to increase local production and the dollar inflow is not in the private sector.. bank recapitalization will only have a limited effect and stifen local investments further. So its not really the solution..except offcourse if the banks are directed to make more local capital investment.especially in the agricultural and oil sector.

At a production of 1.4 million barrels per day, it's quite hard to think that that capacity will be able to feed Dangote refinery, not alone if all the refinery were working.

Paul Alaje is just an alarmist. He said the dollar was going to be 2000. Now that the reforms are correcting the sliding of the naira, he is still lecturing them on what to do.

A common Nigerian has nothing to do with dollars. Inflation is our problem. A litre of diesel is over 1,500 Naira. Diesel is for moving heavy vehicles that transport goods and services. Petrol is there, very high. Transportation cost is the major problem and shortage of food.
