Minister Narayana's words on world Bank has been misinterpreted. Please listen to more extended video in other than Sakshi media. Extra land acquisition in Amaravati is for lands which are located between already pooled lands. That's the reason why seed-axis road has been abruptly stopped out. Also I remember, last time some close by villages like Pedaparimi requested Govt to take their village and lands under pooling area. Revised Masterplan then has also been extended to these areas for if in case needed.
