Purim ends this weekend -the Jews normally only fast 23-24 one day but the Esther fast was 3 days dry-it’s the only holiday God did not order the Jews to keep. The Esther fast saved the entire Jewish race from the amalkite haman -a left over from Saul’s failure. Esther was a descendant of both Saul and king David .
