I've dealt with major chronic illness since 2016, which has been extremely difficult. Going in and out of jobs, and now not having a job for over 4 years has been incredibly challenging. But, through it, God has brought me closer to Him in a way that I most likely wouldn't have had I not experienced suffering in this way. Through it, I've been able to write books and impact people, which is far more important to me than any worldly success. I do believe God will provide me with a job when the time is right, but I'm growing in trust that each day is an opportunity to honor Him and become more like Him. Working through addiction recovery has been tough as well, but I know He will use my story to bring others closer to Him, and He even has through the struggle!

@@ChristianBroadcastingNetwork Thank you so much for the encouraging words. God has given me boldness that I can't explain. He's kept me alive and strong, even through all this. This past year has been the toughest year for me post-Christ, but now, I have a living hope; whereas, before Him I didn't. He has honestly been my rock and heard my every cry! I've truly had to learn what it means to rely on Jesus and that joy and lament can coexist. If He uses my testimony to greatly impact people, I'm more than overjoyed. It's all by God's grace I'm still here and able to have His Spirit work through me! Thank you again for your kind comment!

There is an under current, almost so strong people are mentioning it among themselves. I feel it in my Spirit, a quickening. That very, very soon the Rapture of the church will happen. The other amazing thing is our Mighty God seems to put His hand on this wonderful series about our Lord Jesus and His disciples. Everywhere people are tuning in to watch this series. It has awakenedmore people to the compassion and love that Jesus has for us. Kudos to the writers and actors who bring us this 'New Thing' that God is doing.
