I am not sure when this whole montage was put together, but the images of downtown Calgary was filmed no later than 1982. The Sun Life Plaza's north tower is still under construction, and the Petro-Canada building, among others, haven't been built yet.

This is a wild shot, but based on kevinmccorrytv.webs.com/lifestorytvlist14.htm, it was shown on October 3, 1985 in the Maritimes, so it might have been shown on the same day in Calgary as well.
