CBS Evening News Theme (1991-2006) MIDI Mockup

Used during Dan Rather's last term at CBS. This exuberant theme brought a package of orchestral grandeur that sounded more like a Steven Spielberg blockbuster than an evening news theme! I always enjoyed hearing it as a kid and did my best to re-create it here. Music originally composed by Patterson, Walz & Fox Music Productions.

I used Cubase 9 and a variety of different virtual instruments!

@@jipidydoo Native Instruments' Kontakt engine powers most virtual instruments you hear in media scores today. I would check out their website as they have many different VIs! And yes, if you would like to hire me for something I would love to talk about it!
