I’m 66 yrs old. I had no idea at all that that radio drama and mystery shows as in old time radio style was aired all the way up to the early 80’s. Favorite old time radio show. GILDERSLEAVE, my favorite character Leroy, he cracks me up. By the way the same actor was the voiced for the cartoon young boy Sherman on Mr. Peabody

I first found mystery theater because of a promotion for Halloween in the paper my parents saw back in 1988. Nice to have a ghost story to celebrate the week of my mystery theater anniversary.
