Mandel Kramer grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. For 20 years, Mandel played a police chief on the soap opera, The Edge of Night. "The Sending" and "The Lost Tomorrows" were my favorite Mandel Kramer episodes of CBS Radio Mystery Theater.
