Well, I'm sure there are dozens of people that helped support his dream along the way that didn't get mentioned, including myself. A program lasting 7 min could not even contain all the names, and is barely enough time to tell the story properly. Of course, even though we appreciate each meal we eat and each breath of fresh air that we breathe for getting us to this moment, but human tendancy is to we always concentrate on making sure we get the next one.
