CBS This Morning - End of era for Crystal Cathedral

For the first time in 57 years, one of America's most recognizable mega-churches, the Crystal Cathedral ministry, founded by preacher Robert Schuller, no longer has any ties to the Schuller family. CBS News correspondent Brian Rooney reports.

The demise was ultimately the result of Schuller’s lunatic daughter who changed over to a horrible contemporary music format. Attendance dropped to less than a hundred in a building that seated 10,000. Can’t pay bills with a paltry attendance like that. Bobby Schuller came in later, and attendance went back up, but the damage was done.
