I don't know if you've ever considered this but you ought to know that you are doing the world a wonderful service. It's so much more than providing these songs to listen to on your equipment. From a historical standpoint, you work to preserve and archive music which otherwise would be lost to time. Some of these songs have no uploads on KZbin, let alone other video sharing platforms. Others, very few. What you do helps our collective future learn about the past and that's a very virtuous deed so thank you.

Ahmet Cosar Germany and Turkey made an agreement, so that turkish citizens could easily apply for work, especially in factories and construction companies. Initially germans wanted them to only stay till the „work is done“, but in the meantime, people, naturally, took their families with them, their children went to school in germany and grew up there, so they became a part of germany. Germans wanted turkish (and greek and italian people also) people to work and rebuilt germany but they didn‘t wanted them to be a part of the society. All of them hits me good, but that song by Ajda @ 6:59 hits me different. Beautiful bass melody and I tear up every time when I feel the soul from her vocals towards the end. Im flying to Turkey next month and can't wait!

The theme from the second song is actually from an Italian song called "E penso a te" by Lucio Battisti. But this version is more probably based on Mina's rendition since its much more diva-oriented.
@akilvarmantikvar4 жыл бұрын
Yes, the singer (Ajda Pekkan) used to sing a lot of Turkishized Italian songs in the 70s. Another good example is "Düşünme Hiç", her version of "Il Cigno Dell'Amore".

This is such an ill vibe! This channel is proof that no matter where youre from, if you create something with passion, and in this case its music, it speaks to the souls of others. Thats love. It doesnt matter if you dont even understand the language in the song, the soul recognizes the good shit because it comes from the heart. Look how beautiful this is. We're from all different walks of life, but we're sitting here enjoying this good worldly music connecting us. We're one people. One love. May peace be with you all.
