BCPD needs to mandate annual polygraph tests for all employees, if a deception is revealed immediately take them off the streets pending a more in depth investigation…..or fire them. Doing this every year puts the department on notice that will require officers to be honest and do their job with integrity…..if nothing else alert the Inspectional Services Division that there is a problem…..
